Eating better for a longer life

Statistically speaking, chances are good those new year’s resolutions you were so excited about four weeks ago have fallen by the wayside.  But, that doesn’t mean you can’t jump back on the healthy eating bandwagon with one of the “best diets for seniors” as determined by US News & World Report.  Health and nutrition are important indicators of retirement success. If you’re fit and healthy, you can make the most of your “go-go” years and postpone the “slow-go” and “no-go” seasons significantly.
