We’ve always admired Mister Rogers’ elegant wisdom, if not his grandfatherly cardigans. He was such a calming presence on our TV sets, unlike the red-faced screaming heads of this distressing election cycle.

According to this breakdown from USA Today, the top five stressors in retirement are financial worries, health concerns, caregiving, relationship issues and change, in general.
Of course, we can’t control all stress factors, no matter how much we’d like to. (We’re looking at you, November 8th!) But, we can most assuredly control some and learn to cope with others.
